Cycle in the Circle:-
Friends after seeing the world
for 36 years along with around 10 years as responsible corporate citizen at
various Indian MNC companies ( Corbus, Birlasoft, HCL etc) and change making
academician. Now after hard experience followed by a good break I am back with
new energy, before I start this new journey towards motto of my life I find
this time as right time to share with my experience till now. The objective of
sharing this brief summery is to help new comers with actual understanding for
those who are starting professional life or struggling with the big Question-
WHY ME???
I will start with elaborating the
terms Cycle and Circle.
Cycle: I am going to use this term to explain about the self
sustainable social system with current reality along with the pain areas in it.
Circle: This will be used for looking into the psychological
behaviors of our different socio economic classes as I have seen in my life of
last 36 years.
With my experience while staying
at different cities both Big and small I found a common system no matters the
city is small medium or a metro city. All the cities have common cycle. This
cycle have different phase. It starts with Basic infrastructure of the city
Natural, social, and economic goes with incoming or outgoing infrastructure,
human power - the work force. The cycle is moving both clockwise (towards fast
development) or anticlockwise (slower development). The speed of the cycle can
clearly be seen at banking institutions of the city (movement of currency). For
clockwise movement the work force is biggest driving factor. The fact about the
workforce is - incoming workforce takes prosperity to the new place. Let us
take example of students, along with the course fee (used for running and
growth of the institutions) students brings money for day to day livelihood
(promote local business and standard of life). Happy students turn
professionals and select the city of study for service generating vale for the
city which turns to be more prosperity for the place. At the other hand outgoing
workforce creates shortage of resource, very less amount of skilled workforce
or compensating prosperity comes back to the place of outgoing workforce. Now
look at the cycle speed it is anticlockwise, Even this speed of currency wheel
results development and a balance of incoming and outgoing workforce will help
in ensuring good growth and positive development.
Employment Cycle: Yes this cycle is the most visible in the
development of the place. Let us understand it from the starter point. Mostly
we start as trainee than goes to trained, and trainer/ mentor level. The speed
of cycle depends on the how fast the trained is becoming the mentor/ trainer.
If the trained people remain at the position new opportunity will be impacted
and the slow development will be the reality of the place. The point to understand
about the employment cycle is- main driving force for the speed of the cycle is
workforce and the danger is regionalism.
Real Estate cycle: This is a cycle all give the most importance.
The most surprise comes here with increased price or the cost the development
becomes faster. Looking at the ten years old data we can see the slow
development when the real estate price was lower, and the increasing price of
the real estate is increasing the development of the place. Let us start from a
farmer selling land which was a source of 10000 currency value income per
annum. The deal landed him and family to upgrade and update for survival. Now
the buyer looks for return on the investment higher than 20000 currency value.
For the buyer the money arranged from Bank or some other financial institution
the liability doubled and hence the resource is in need of better utilization
else the person will be kicked out. The money landing organization gets
business (for a 50K EMI the buyer pays 25K to the Landing organization(25+25,
P+I part of EMI), local market and people gets business and employment for
utilizing the money. The buyer indirectly working for the development of the
place and the system, both the buyer and seller works like two pillars and
major force for the development. The seller turning to C2 member will not be
able to survive for long and will create the negative effect on the
system. Mostly growing family are
leaving native of previous generation and opting for new land of opportunity.
Circle: Across the cities I had spent my life till now I
have seen four circles. The classification of the circle is mainly based on the
power and influence of the group. C1- Core circle – group of people
helping with infrastructure (Institutions, offices, Malls, transporters) to the
incoming workforce, this is the most powerful and influencing Circle. C2- Moving Circle – The group of people
with highest number always busy for livelihood (Food, House, Education,
Health). This is the group making money for C1. C2 is always open for movement
towards better opportunity, this race (rate race) mostly results unwise
utilization of the fruits of hard work. C3-
Disturbing Circle – This group of people always want more than what they deserve
no matters what it takes (fraud, cheating, robbery, burglary). Mostly they call
themselves local and keep on fighting for more and more facilities. C4- Smart Circle – This group is free
from all the classes and creates difference at the place and the people. In general this creative circle opens and
explores new opportunity which creates difference in life of many. This circle
influence many life and the uniqueness of the members of this circle is journey
from floor to sky.
Struggle of Circles varies from
The Survival, Growth, Creating the difference, Earning Name and fame to Spiritual
satisfaction.
Mostly C1 is busy for survival,
maintaining social status and contacts. A little guidance for the way to create
the difference will make big and visible change in society.
C2 is trapped with feeling of
growth loosing social contacts and limiting their life to number of people in
single digits. Real change in society can be derived from this circle. Only
realization can help this group of people. The availability of lot of guidance
and options creates similar amount of confusion.
C3 Always looking for some or
other shortcuts to get the things done. Busy in finding the loopholes in the
system and using it. Good administration
is the only way helps these people to bring them to main stream and making them
productive.
C4 Always has a sense of
responsibility and wisdom to create a difference for society. Mainly they work
for spiritual satisfaction. To get the best from this type of people we need to
give moral support to them.
